Hi Everyone!

We are almost to meet day! But this isn't a reminder about the meet Saturday, or the team dinner Friday night or even the education session for parents before the dinner.  Instead, it's a quick note about some events that are coming up right after Thanksgiving.

I know next week will be busy for many of us, so before you start thinking about the Turkey please consider:

• 12/1 Future Panther Meet - please help us get the word out to all middle school students in the Parkview Cluster.  Attached to this note is a flier about the event.
• 12/7 and 12/8 - this weekend is going to be very busy for us all. This is Clody Swim and Dive Invite Weekend.  Clody is a big invitational swim meet  and two dive meets hosted by the County Booster Club.  This is a great chance for many of our swimmers/divers to get some extra times/points while many of the year round swimmers are off competing at the Senior Short Course State Meet.  Why is it a big deal this year?  Well we are responsible for concessions and hospitality for three unique sessions.  Diving Friday night, Swimming Saturday morning and Diving Saturday night...all at Mountain Park.  We have volunteers who are coordinating this for us but we need your help staffing slots.  We need one person to help us out in hospitality (for each session).  For the dive meets, we need two folks to work in concessions and for swimming we need three folks spread out across two sessions.  All of these jobs are now listed on our website - so please take a look and volunteer for what you can.  Note we have to turn in our volunteer list to the County on 11/30.  So we need you to sign up soon.
