It's here - COUNTY WEEK!!!

There is a lot going on this week so please read the below message and stay informed:

Tonight - 5:00 PM Team County Dinner at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at the intersection of 5 Forks and Cole, lower building (same building we had the potluck picnic).  Boys bring desserts to share, electric razors and extension cords.  Everyone be ready to make a locker poster or two.

Wednesday (1/23), Men's Diving at Mountain Park warm up at 4:00 PM start time 5:00 PM - if you are in the area come on out and support our awesome men's team!  Did you know the points we earn for diving count as a whole event?  Come on by and support the team!

Thursday (1/24), Men's Swimming prelims at West Gwinnett.  Note our team will take a bus from school to the Lilburn Chick Fil A for lunch (so they need money for lunch).  Doors open at 2:30 - event starts at 5:00 - it will be crowded.

Friday (1/25), Women's Swimming prelims at West Gwinnett.  Note our team will take a bus from school to the Lilburn Chick Fil A for lunch (so they need money for lunch). Doors open at 2:30 - event starts at 5:00 - it will be crowded.

Saturday (1/26), Women's Diving at Mountain Park warm up starts at 8:00 AM, first dive at 9:00 AM - come on out to support your lady Panther divers, let's have a great crowd

Saturday (1/26) Swimming Finals - doors open at 2:30, events start at 5:00 PM - on Saturday the swimmers will take a bus from Parkview to the pool.  Their coaches will let them know what time.  Awards will be given during this session for DIVERS and SWIMMERS - you don't want to miss this.

For All Sessions - here is some good information to know:

• $5.00 gate fee for adults
• $3.00 for kids
• $5.00 for heat sheets
• $2.00 for finals heat sheets
• No folding chairs will be allowed in the grandstand area. 
• No parents will be allowed on the pool deck without a GCSDBC security badge.
• PARKING and this will be an issue for swimming for sure - Parking is available on facility premises. Vehicles parked in “No-Parking” areas (e.g. yellow curb or grass) are subject to being towed. There is overflow parking available across Berkley Lake Road at Pickneyville Community Center. This is a short 5 min. walk to the pool. PLEASE ENCOURAGE CARPOOLING!!!!
• We are the only Gwinnett County Team with ORANGE as a team color...when we as parents wear ORANGE and SIT TOGETHER we stand out and make a statement to our kids - so wear ORANGE and sit next to someone else who is wearing orange.  Be Loud and Be Proud.

A special shout out and thank you in advance to Tina, Andrea and Anna for doing the heavy lifting with regards to our county work responsibilities and to all of the families that signed up to work a job for the county meets.  And the Annie Laurie and Andrew - who are in charge of the providing snacks for our swimmers and divers this week!
