Parkview Swim and Dive Parents,

All high school sports require a physical before your student athlete can participate.  The new AD at Parkview has arranged to hold physicals at Parkview this Thursday night, July 13th at 6:00 PM for only $10.

This is a significant savings for many families.  If you are interested, fill out the attached form and bring your student to the main gym lobby at 6:00 PM Thursday.  If you can't make it Thursday, this is a great time to schedule an appointment with your doctor or at a local clinic.

What you should know for Thursday:

1)  There are physicals at the school this Thursday, July 13th, at 6:00 for only $10.

2)  Physicals will not be offered at the school in the fall.
