The County Meet is next week.   We have events almost every day from Monday thru Saturday.  Dive events will be at Mountain Park and swim events will be at West Gwinnett Aquatic Center.   I'll share volunteer information first, followed by the daily schedule.

COUNTY SWIM MEET VOLUNTEERING:  The sign-up for county swim meet volunteering is open on the website. It needs to be completed and in to the county by this Friday, January 17, so please sign up ASAP.  For each of the three nights of the swim meet (Jan 23, 24, 25) we are providing the following volunteers:

- Clean up: one volunteer
- Team food table: three volunteers, each taking a 90 minute shift.  This is not concessions, but monitoring the food that we will have on site for the Parkview swimmers.
- Lane 1 Timer: one volunteer, but you may want to split this with a spouse or friend.
- Ribbon Table: one volunteer, Saturday Finals only

Parents of girl swimmers should volunteer for the Thursday Girls Prelims.  Parents of boy swimmers should volunteer for the Friday Boys Prelims.  Any parent can volunteer for the Saturday finals.    Volunteers are not required for the dive meet.   Please sign up ASAP!

COUNTY MEET WEEK SCHEDULE

Monday, January 20: Team Dinner, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
1150 Cole Drive, Lilburn, 5:00pm - 8:00pm. 

Main course provided - Ms. Renee's famous lasagna!  Everyone should bring desserts.   And boys should bring their clippers - those who are participating in the County Meet will have their heads shaved, a Parkview County Meet tradition! Any parents that can arrive at the church at 4pm, please do so to help with set-up.

Wednesday, January 22: Girls County Dive Meet, Mountain Park Aquatic Center
Warm-ups at 3pm, meet starts at 4pm. 

Thursday January 23: Girls County Swim Meet - Prelims, West Gwinnett Aquatic Center, 4488 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, Norcross
Warm-ups at 3pm, meet starts at 5pm.
The team bus will depart from the school during school hours and will stop for lunch on the way.  Make sure your athlete has money for lunch or a sack lunch. Again, parents of girl swimmers should volunteer tonight.

Friday January 24: Boys County Swim Meet - Prelims, West Gwinnett Aquatic Center, 4488 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, Norcross
Warm-ups at 3pm, meet starts at 5pm.

The team bus will depart from the school during school hours and will stop for lunch on the way. Make sure your athlete has money for lunch or a sack lunch. Again, parents of boy swimmers should volunteer tonight.

Saturday, January 25: Boys County Dive Meet, Mountain Park Aquatic Center
Warm-ups at 8am, meet starts at 9am.

Saturday January 25: Boys/Girls County Swim Meet - Finals, West Gwinnett Aquatic Center, 4488 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, Norcross
Warm-ups at 3pm, meet starts at 5pm.

The team bus will depart from the school at 2:15pm.  Again, all parents can volunteer tonight.
