Hello Swim and Dive Parents,

Welcome to the 2020-2021 Season!  It is vital that all parents volunteer this season. We will need far fewer volunteers but the volunteers we need are critical to the successes of the meets. We are considered the home team for most of the meets due to our proximity to the Mountain Park Aquatic Center.

1.  Meet Directors, Scoring Table and Hytek Computer Operators:  We need you to train to be volunteers for the upcoming swim/dive season.  You have TWO opportunities to train. Once trained, volunteering will be the only way to see your child swim or dive this season as fans are not allowed in the aquatic center due to restrictions on spectators in response to covid.

VOLUNTEER TRAINING SESSIONS

SATURDAY OCT 17 and SATURDAY OCT 24, 1 - 4:00 p.m on Zoom

Training session for meet directors, scoring table volunteers, Hytek/computer operators. Contact Dan Byrne, [email protected] to confirm attendance and to get the Zoom link.

2.  As the Home Team host, we NEED parents to sign up for set up and clean up before and after each meet. Unfortunately you will not have the opportunity to watch your child swim but your participation is vital to hosting meets.

We will announce volunteer sign up opportunities once they become "open" on our website, but for now, please email Dan Byrne and schedule yourself for one of the two training sessions and/or consider your availability for setup and clean up.
