Dear Parkview Swim/Dive Family,

WE NEED YOU!

There are a lot of volunteer positions that will need to be filled but first you must complete training for those positions. (If you are interested in either the console or the Hytek computer, we are asking that you attend training for BOTH if possible!)

Console and Meet Setup/Meet Breakdown THIS Saturday, October 17 from 9:00am - ~12:00pm IN PERSON at Mountain Park Aquatic Center (1063 Rockbridge Rd SW, Stone Mountain, GA 30087).  We need as many parents as possible to attend this session. It is imperative that we get at least 4 trained console operators. Console operators will be able to watch the meet.  We also need as many people trained in Meet Setup/Meet Breakdown as possible. In the past, we've had 4-5 do Meet Setup and 4-5 do Meet Breakdown. Unfortunately you will not be able to watch the meet but your volunteerism is imperative and appreciated!!

Please keep in mind that due to the COVID situation, masks and social distancing are required for anyone inside the facility.

From 1:00pm - ~4:00pm, there will be Hytek Computer Training and Verifiers via a ZOOM Meeting.

We are currently working on  a meeting location for all volunteers to meet and share a laptop loaded with the Hytek software as all volunteers must have access to the Hytek software in addition to another device for the zoom. Both Computer training and Verification training will be explained via the Zoom Meeting on Saturday. We only need a couple of verifiers as these are AWAY meet positions and we have very few away meets. It is an opportunity to be IN the away aquatic center.

On Saturday, October 24th, there will be a second opportunity from 1:00pm - ~4:00pm, for the  Hytek Computer Training and Verifiers via a ZOOM Meeting.
