EVERYONE please take a moment to read and reply to
this email if you haven't already replied to yesterday's volunteer request
email.

In past seasons we have asked
every family to volunteer for at least 3 meets. Due to Covid, the number of
volunteers needed has lessened, but those volunteers have become even more
important as we won't be able to recruit from spectators should we fall short.

EXPERIENCED VOLUNTEERS:

Please contact me with your name
and your volunteer experience or training.
We have had many seniors graduate and need to identify who is trained
for what.

Also, is there anyone experienced
enough in all aspects of a meet to act as Meet Director? Our beloved Don Mahone
is not available. We are looking for DonMahone2.0!

EVERYONE ELSE:

WE NEED YOU! Please
read yesterday's email/post, decide on what training you will be attending and
what position you would like to volunteer for. I understand if you'd like to
train before committing to a position.

NEEDS:

We especially need more folks trained on the console and those trained
to setup and breakdown (timing touchpads and wiring, sound system, table set
up, chairs, etc). We also need a trained verifier for each of the two away
meets and could use 1 or 2 more Hytek trained volunteers.

In past years, we have relied
upon our beloved Don Mahone, Andrew McCulloh and Mark Beeney. However, they are
unavailable this season. We need YOU to step up!
