Attention ALL Swim Parents:

Dear Swim Parents,

Every family MUST volunteer this season. We will not have timers, concessions, hospitality, etc due to Covid restrictions. We must have Console Operators, Hytek Computer Operators, Verifiers (for limited away meets), and Setup and Breakdown.  The volunteer slots will open on our swimtopia website soon, but training is happening now. Every family must have experience or be newly trained.

Experienced Parents:

Please email or text me with your area of experience or training. I've only heard from one parent!

Inexperienced Parents:

If you missed last Saturday’s training, attend one or both of the following sessions happening this Saturday, October 24^th. I would appreciate an email or text about which session you will attend.

Session 1:  Meet Managers, Console/scoring table, Meet setup/tear down

West Gwinnett Pool, 4488 Peachtree Industrial Blvd Norcross, GA 30071

Start: 9:00 AM

End: 12:00 PM

There will be an in-person training session for meet managers, Scoring Table volunteers and meet setup/tear down.

Session 2: Hytek Computer Training Session

Dive Parents:

As per usual, Ed Maryuma is our Dive Team Meet Manager and will be organizing Dive Parent Volunteers. He is coordinating a Zoom call tonight to check in with Dive Parents. Hope to see you there.
