Dear Parents,

Please read this email in its entirety. We need each and every family to make this year’s swim and dive season a success. It is mandatory that each family volunteer 2 shifts and imperative that we have qualified technical volunteers. Thank you to those who attended last Saturday’s training and to those who have said they will be attending tomorrow’s sessions. You are vital.

If you have not yet been trained please do so tomorrow. We are currently short a few Console and Hytek Operators. Please make every effort to be trained. If you are interested in either position but absolutely cannot make the training sessions tomorrow, please email me your name and position as we are currently looking into a Parkview training TBD should our numbers fall short. We cannot run a meet without these technical volunteers.

Non-technical folks will be Setup and Breakdown. There is a training session for that tomorrow. If you cannot attend, but are interested in that position, please email me as we have experienced setup/breakdown folks we can pair you with and possibly hold a Parkview training session TBD. You are vital.

1. VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS:

ALL PARENTS MUST VOLUNTEER. IT IS MANDATORY.

• Each family is required to sign up for TWO volunteer slots during the season by October 31. The slots are first come first served.
• If all positions are taken, those who don't get in are on call for back-up should people need to reschedule.
• Any positions open after the 31st will be assigned during the week of Nov 2-6 to families that have yet to volunteer. Those families will need to contact us if they have scheduling conflicts with those assignments.
