Dear Parents,

As you know the Collins Hill meet was moved from Friday the 18th to Saturday the 19th. Due to scheduling conflicts, we need volunteers for the following positions:

Meet Setup: 5:45 - 6:30 p.m.

Hytek Operator Boys Meet: 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Please let me know ASAP if you can fill these positions. To already scheduled volunteers, please continue to confirm your commitment to the meet given the schedule change so that I can verify all positions will be filled despite the date change.
