Hello Panthers!

Registration is OPEN FOR ONE MORE WEEK! We have just over half the athletes we were expecting registered. Please go ahead and register your athletes today! At registration, be prepared to enter their swimsuit and spiritwear sizes. You’ll also be able to sign up for volunteer shifts early (4 required) – before all the true procrastinators. :) Finally, registration is your one and only chance of the season to purchase a swimmer/diver yard sign (see attached images).

Spiritwear Store is OPEN FOR ONE MORE WEEK! Meet season will be here soon,  and the easiest way to show your support and find your fellow Panther parents is when you are decked in Parkview blue & orange. Spiritwear also makes great holiday gifts (all our grandpas love their swim & dive sweatshirts).

Athlete Physicals are completed separate from registration (via RankOne) and need to be completed in time for the team’s annual Color Wars on Sunday, October 6. This event is one of the highlights of the season – don’t let paperwork cause you to miss out! More details about the event to come….

Parents Tailgate (a new event) will be held prior to the first swim meet on Saturday, October 26. We’ll socialize in the lower parking of the Mountain Park Aquatic Center prior to the meet. More details to come….

Team Meals are a favorite (and important) part of the swim & dive season. We are looking for hosts for these meals – usually held on a Thursday or Friday before a swim meet. If you are interested or have questions about hosting, please reply to this email or reach out to another board member. Reimbursement is available for a portion of the meal, and you are welcomed to join together with other team families to host together, use a neighborhood clubhouse, etc.

*Most of the activities above are led by your volunteer board, so as promptly as you can register, respond, signup, etc the better. It makes our unpaid jobs a little easier & allows us to get information to your faster – now and all season long. Thank you.

**If you received this email twice or you received this email and your child no longer swims/dives, don’t worry! We are over-communicating during this last week of registration to make sure we don’t miss anyone.
