Panthers,

1)  The pool party is this Friday!  I hope to see you there and please invite any and all interested swimmers and divers.  

2)  All athletes must complete forms on RankOne before participating in any workouts, practices, or meets.  This can be completed now, before team registration.  This requires a sports physical, so please plan ahead.

3)  After school dryland/weights begin after Labor Day.  September 2nd will be our first day.  Athletes can join us in the weight room next to the gym after school at 2:30.  RankOne must be complete before participating.

4)  The Parent Information Meeting will be September 16th at 7:30 pm in the PHS theater.  Registration will open on our website at this time.

5)  Mark your calendars for a Color Wars event in the afternoon of October 4th, beginning at 3:00.  Colors Wars will be followed by a family dinner at the LDS church at the corner of Five Forks and Cole.
