Hi Panthers,

Hope everyone had a GREAT Fall Break!

From Coach Brown:

1. YEAR ROUND SWIMMERS (Spartans, GAGA, SWAT) - Please attend a meeting before school in Coach Brown’s room 15.114 on Monday Morning 10/19/26 at 6:45 AM. Coach needs to meet with this group to get ready for the first meet.

2. TEAM PICTURE will be Friday 10/23 at 6:45 AM before school in the old gym. Our plan is to distribute team shirts and merch as athletes arrive for pictures.

FIRST MEET this weekend!

When: Saturday, Oct 24th

Meet starts at 7:20 PM

Where: West Gwinnett Aquatic Center

All Athletes must meet at Parkview to ride the bus Saturday 10/24 @ 5:15 PM.

For meets away from Mountain Park Aquatic Center, we ride a bus and REQUIRE athletes to ride to and from the meet, unless otherwise excused by the coach. We believe that riding the bus is part of the high school swim and dive experience. Conveniently, we only have 2 regular season meets away from Mountain Park Aquatic Center.

Fundraising

Swim meets can’t function without parent volunteers! Each family should sign up for 4 spots.

• TEAM TALK THURSDAY’s in Coach Brown’s room 15.114 before school at 6:45 AM.

• CORE GROUP TUESDAYS - Starting October 27th, 6:45 - 8:15 PM (we had to push back one week.) We will meet at the Hardy’s House at 1379 Megan Danielle in Evergreen Lakes.
• What’s different about Core Groups?
  • Icebreaker
  • Light dinner
  • Girls and Boys Small Groups for more in-depth discussions about faith, life, school, sports, and more.
• Two opportunities to connect each week:
  • Thursday Mornings 6:45 AM
  • Tuesday Evenings 6:45 PM (starts Oct 27th)

Adult leaders are Will & Michelle Hardy and Katie Robinson.
